Policy

Pets

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We will require proof of this at the initial consultation. All pets must also wear ID Tags while in our care. If you have indoor/outdoor cats, we would prefer that they remain indoors while in our care.

Reservations

Please make all reservations on our direct line at 404-286-6569. Sometimes we are not in our office because we are out caring for pets, but if we miss your call, we'll get back to yu within 24 hours, sometimes sooner. Please try to book services at least 1 week in advance, and sooner for holidays. Please do not assume that your reservation is confirmed unless we actually confirm it with you on the telephone.

Reservations

We will set up a free consultation to meet with you and your pets before you leave. At that time you will need to give us emergency contact info, cellphone numbers, alarm codes and keys.

Most of the time we will have 2 sitters come to your home, so there will be a knowledgeable sitter as back up. We request that you notify us for future pet care of any changes.

Keys

Please DO NOT give us your only key since we will not be there when you get home. Have additional keys made, we will make sure thewy work before you leave.

Payment

Please leave a check made out to "Tall Tails Pet Sitters, Inc." If you are unable to abide please make arrangements in advance. We accept only Checks or Cash for Payment.

Cancellations

No charge for cancellations.
